A striking ebonized pedestal table with a square top, hand-painted in soft gilt. Each corner features a ribboned arrow and fleur-de-lis motif, framed by a fine gold border line and delicate dotted details. The worn, brushed finish lets warm wood tones glow through the black, giving it a rich, time-softened patina.
The table stands on a turned pedestal with a vase-shaped column and graceful tripod base with scalloped legs, a classic Federal-style form. Perfect as a side table, beside a sofa or chair, or as a plinth for a lamp or sculpture.
